Can I do another program alongside Driveline?

We would strongly advise against this at all costs, as our program is designed to function as the only stimulus within an athlete’s training economy. From a lifting perspective, there can be some reasonable exceptions; however, everything we do from a throwing/hitting perspective will be integrated into a lifting program that is passed along to you regardless, so you may lose levels of specificity if doing a separate program. It must be said that at no point should you do multiple lifting or throwing programs at the same time.
