What is the difference between exercises, workouts and templates?
- Workouts are made up of exercises
- Velocity Day (a Workout) is made up of 18 exercises
- Ex: Foam Roll, Jaeger Band Series, Wrist Weight Series, Shoulder tube, etc are all exercises
- A template is made up of workouts
- Example: College Starter
- Assign a week-long template that you can apply to all of your starting pitchers
- Just drop the template on Friday for your Friday Night Starter, on Saturday for your Saturday starter, etc
