What is the difference between exercises, workouts and templates?

  • Workouts are made up of exercises
  • Velocity Day (a Workout) is made up of 18 exercises
    • Ex: Foam Roll, Jaeger Band Series, Wrist Weight Series, Shoulder tube, etc are all exercises
  • A template is made up of workouts
  • Example: College Starter
  • Assign a week-long template that you can apply to all of your starting pitchers
  • Just drop the template on Friday for your Friday Night Starter, on Saturday for your Saturday starter, etc
