Using Goals (Advanced)

Why is this useful?

  • Goals allow you to isolate any metric that lives on an athlete's TRAQ profile and create a goal that is automatically tracked and displayed on the athlete's profile.
  • The athlete sees their Goals on their home page
  • The Athlete Goals tab allows you to view goal progress of all goals for the filtered athletes

What is the difference between an Athlete Goal and an Athlete Goal Pack?

An Athlete Goal is a single goal that lives inside a Goal Pack. You cannot create an Athlete Goal without creating a Goal Pack.

Goal Packs are groups of goals, generally tied together by a shared characteristic. For example, you may want to give an athlete a weight goal and a sleep goal, you could create a Wellness Pack that includes both Goals. A Goal Pack can contain as many goals as you want, whether it is one or one hundred.
