How do I wash my strap/sleeve?
Both the strap and the sleeve are machine washable.
The strap and sleeve can be washed in warm or cold water, but must be tumble dried at medium or low heat. Drying the strap and sleeve at high heat could break down the adhesive on the velcro for the strap and break down the silicon grips on the top end of the sleeve.
