I can't read the serial number on my sensor
If you can no longer read the serial number on the back of your sensor, you can find it on the two stickers in the small bag that the sensor came in. It will be the 12 digit number/ID that is separated by a dash.
If you do not still have these stickers, contact us and include the: - Athlete account that last used the sensor
- When the sensor was last used
- Any parts of the serial number that are still legible
We will likely be able to track down the sensor serial number with this information.
