PULSE Troubleshooting

If your Pulse sensor isn't functioning as expected, including connection issues, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
  1. Forget the Pulse sensor from both the Pulse Throw app and the iOS settings
  2. Make sure the Pulse Throw app is fully updated via the app store
  3. Fully update the iOS device and/or restart the iOS device
  4. Fully charge the sensor (takes 2-4 hours to get to a full charge)
  5. While the sensor is still plugged into the charger, attempt to reconnect the sensor to the Pulse Throw app
If the sensor is still not working as expecting, please see our limited warranty policy for the device.
