Using Chat in TRAQ (Advanced)

Using Chat in TRAQ (Advanced)

Why is this useful?

  • Chatting with athletes inside of TRAQ allows a record of conversations to be stored in TRAQ instead of private devices.
  • Athletes can initiate chats as well as trainers.

Using TRAQ Chat

Click on Chat on the left side menu. The green icon tells you how many unread messages you have.

The default tab of Chats will allow you to see any existing chats you have. Click on Contacts and select the athlete or trainer to start a new chat.

When a Chat is sent, the recipient will receive a notification via email.
