What comes next after I leave the facility?

At Driveline, we view the training process as one continuous, integrated progression rather than multiple discrete stages of development. Velocity gains are not linear, and movement patterns do not adapt and organize in just 5 weeks for most athletes. So, in the same way that you would lose a tan that you picked up on a tropical vacation in the Winter once you return home, performance gains can be lost in a similar manner if not properly maintained moving forward. With all of this said, we recommend that athletes train with us remotely to continue their development.

Pitchers:
With our Online Pitching Program, you would have an assigned trainer who will program individualized throwing, mobility, and strength workouts to improve your performance and take your game to the next level. Video feedback will inform specific suggestions and modifications to your workouts. Pricing for this program is $299 per month, or included with an Advantage Plan. Our goal with Online Pitching is to have your experience mirror as closely as possible the experience of our in-gym athletes.

Hitters:
With our Online Hitting Program, you would have an assigned trainer who will program individualized hitting, strength, mobility, and position player throwing (optional) workouts to improve your performance and take your game to the next level. Video feedback will inform specific suggestions and modifications to your workouts. Pricing for this program is $299 per month, or included with an Advantage Plan. Our goal with Online Hitting is to have your experience mirror as closely as possible the experience of our in-gym athletes.

Make sure to communicate with the front desk before you leave about getting started! If you have any questions regarding online training after leaving the facility, feel free to call or email into our Customer Relations team at 425-523-4030 / support@drivelinebaseball.com and we’ll be happy to explain the process in further detail.
