What do I need to bring with me to the facility?

What to wear- Pitchers:

  • Compression shorts (make sure to wear day 1 for the motion capture assessment)

What to bring - Pitchers:

  • Turf/training shoes
  • Glove

What to wear - Hitters:

  • Compression shorts (make sure to wear day 1 and 2 for the motion capture assessment)

What to bring - Hitters:

  • Turf/training shoes
  • Cleats (for athletes here for an extended period of time)
  • Batting Gloves
  • Bats (optional)
  • Helmet (optional)
  • Pro Hitter (optional)
  • Glove
