If you need a guarantee to train here, you should train elsewhere.

We continually test our methods and programs. Our athletes generally see good results. They also work exceptionally hard. 

Athletes who see the best results stop relying on outsiders to provide the answers, and hold themselves responsible for the work it takes to become good at anything and the failure that will occur on that journey.
